Terms of sale

These terms cover the Cali Stash site and any order you place through it. By using the site or checking out you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the shop.

Cali Stash is a lifestyle clothing line. The site is operated from the United Kingdom. Contact [email protected].

Listing a piece is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. We accept your order when we send a confirmation or begin to fulfil it. We can refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issues, or if we cannot ship to you.

Colours on screen can drift. Size charts are a guide. Check them before you buy.

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency offered on the site, with any stated tax. We may change prices at any time before you pay. Payment is taken through our checkout partners. We do not store full card details.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to the address you gave. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable we may charge to resend it or refund minus outbound postage.

If you buy as a consumer in the UK or EU you usually have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, then 14 days to send the piece back unused, unwashed, and with tags on. Sale or made-to-order items may be excluded where the law allows.

Faulty or misdescribed goods are covered by your statutory rights, which are not affected by anything here. Email [email protected] before you post anything back. Refunds go to the original payment method once we have the piece.

The dripping wordmark, Cali Stash name, photos, and copy on this site are ours or used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or pass them off as your own. Product images are for shopping, not for reuse.

We try to keep the shop up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every description is perfect. Links out of this site are not our responsibility.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for lost profit, data, or indirect loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers also keep any mandatory rights of the country they live in. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting a consumer’s right to sue in their home courts.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Orders already placed stay on the terms in force when you paid.
